Q.01. ARE YOU A CRM?
Yes, in the same way a chair is a piece of furniture. Pipeline stores contacts, companies and deal history. It does not attempt to be a marketing automation suite, a customer support desk, a quoting engine or a data warehouse.
Q.02. WHY ONLY FOUR COLORS?
Because most sales dashboards are unreadable. Red, yellow, blue and black are the only colors you need to know where a deal stands. Anything else is decoration. Decoration costs you time.
Q.03. WILL IT IMPORT FROM SALESFORCE?
Yes. Bring a CSV or a Salesforce export. Pipeline ingests it on day one. We do not pretend the migration is invisible — we do promise it takes under an afternoon.
Q.04. WHERE IS THE AI?
Under the floor. We use models to draft replies, classify inbounds and summarize calls. We do not put a chat panel on the side of the screen. The interface stays a pipeline.
Q.05. WHO BUILT THIS?
A small team led by two founders. The same founders who will answer the form above. We sell the product we use to sell the product.
